Bell/Agusta Aerospace Company is a joint venture formed in 1998 by Bell Helicopter, a Textron
company, and Agusta, an AgustaWestland company owned by Finmeccanica, who have collaborated on a variety of
notable products dating back to 1952, the very dawn of the helicopter age. In the medium-twin
engine segment, Bell and Agusta have delivered and supported more than 35,000 helicopters.
